Vegan Chocolate Cake

1.5 Cup Flour
3 Teaspoons Vegan Protein Pea Protein Isolate
0.5 Cup Cocoa
1 Cup Coconut sugar
1 Teaspoon Baking Powder
0.5 Teaspoon Baking Soda
0.75 Cup Oil
1 Teaspoon Vanilla Essence
1 Teaspoon Apple Cider Vinegar
250 ml Plant Milk
1 pinch salt

Vegan Chocolate Cake Directions

  1. Directions: 
    • Preheat the oven to 180°C and oil your cake tin.
    • Sieve all your dry ingredients into your mixing bowl and mix until well combined.
    • Add the wet ingredients into the mixing bowl and mix well until everything is smooth.
    • Pour the mixture into the cake tin and bake for 35 to 45 minutes. Pierce with a knife to test if the cake is ready, if the knife comes out clean then remove the cake from the oven and allow to cool before removing from the cake tin. Sprinkle with some icing sugar or make a vegan buttercream icing and enjoy :)
