1 350 - 400 gram block firm or extra firm tofu (available in our SHOP)
0.5 Cup Organic Peanut Butter or Nut butter
1 Tablespoon Ground Ginger
4 Tablespoons Lime or Orange Juice
2 Tablespoons Soy Sauce
4 Tablespoons Olive Oil
6 Tablespoons Organic Maple Syrup
2 Tablespoons Sweet Chili sauce or Hotter sauce if prefer

Tofu with Peanut Sauce Directions

  1. How to Make It
  2. First, press your tofu. Next, prepare the sauce. Whisk together the peanut butter, with the ginger, lime juice or orange juice, soy sauce, sesame oil, maple syrup, and sweet chili sauce.
  3. Before you bake your tofu, give the sauce a quick taste. It should be delicious! If not, adjust the seasonings to taste.
  4. Coat the tofu with the half of the peanut sauce covering all sides. You can transfer the sauce to a wide shallow bowl or dish and dip it in. Save half the sauce for serving.
  5. Once your tofu is ready to go, cook in the airfry or bake till tofu is browned.
  6. Shake and toss over during the cooking process.
  7. Serve the cooked tofu with the peanut sauce
